Primarily members of the ITS Senior Lead Team and FRMs, plus some other more senior customer service oriented / technical managers are eligible to form a major incident board. The most senior person in the helpdesk attempts to contact them one by one using the contact details maintained in ITS reception. Contact must be acknowledged/ confirmed by having real contact; leaving voice mail is not considered contact.
