At some point the priority will fall to below MI, though the ticket may not yet be truly resolved. Then, the Co-ordination manager must collect the Technical and Communications manager’s notes and build a technical and communications timeline, used later. At this point the comms manager will inform the business of the lowering of impact, and pass handling of the incident back to normal ITS support and helpdesk services.
