Acquire and disseminate any learning from the events
Document and raise relevant tickets to remove/ reduce/ work around any shortcomings discovered
Provide evidence of the event/ response for the leadership team to present to university seniors as required
Maintain long term the records of MI’s. These are often required during audit, external investigation or customer selection processes (where the university is a supplier.)
