• Document and raise relevant tickets to remove/ reduce/ work around any shortcomings discovered

• Provide evidence of the event/ response for the leadership team to present to university seniors as required

• Maintain long term the records of MI’s. These are often required during audit, external investigation or customer selection processes (where the university is a supplier.)
