Assuming infrastructure is available the ITS Help Desk will have (or would be asked to) raise a high or urgent incident; if the MI is declared they will send out a bulletin to the business detailing that impact. If infrastructure failure means the bulletin cannot be sent, the Faculty Relationship Managers are individually contacted and they cascade as they see fit to their senior customers.
