Coordinates related communications with the business. Taken by a senior person in ITS, who’s role it is to act as a provider and gatekeeper for information flowing between ITS, the customer, and the business. Typically another AD, or Director of ITS, this person must be aware of the political/ organisation dimensions as they manage communications to the business, media (via Corporate Affairs normally) and within ITS.
